Who we are
This website and the music sold on it are provided by Cross & Crown Productions ("we", "us"), the company behind the worship band CROSS & CROWN. When you use this site or buy a song, you are entering into an agreement with Cross & Crown Productions.
Accepting these terms
By using this website or continuing to use our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What we sell
We sell digital downloads of our recorded songs for personal listening and worship use. Buying a song gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to listen to it. It does not grant rights to resell, redistribute, publicly broadcast, or re-record the song.
Acceptable use
You must not use this site or our music:
- for any unlawful purpose;
- for fraud, spam, or deceptive activity;
- in a way that infringes our or anyone else's intellectual property, including sharing or uploading purchased files;
- to interfere with the site's security, including spreading malware, probing for weaknesses, or scraping content.
Ownership
Cross & Crown Productions owns the site, its design, our name and logo, and all recordings, artwork, and written content, unless stated otherwise. All rights are reserved.
Payments, billing & refunds
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund terms are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. See also our Refund Policy.
Availability
We work hard to keep the site running, but we do not guarantee it will always be available, uninterrupted, or free of errors. The site and music are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Suspension or termination
We may suspend or end your access to the site or our downloads if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, fail to pay, or create a security or fraud risk.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law does not allow it.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
